When you were in your mother’s womb, you were in a state beyond speech and mind — a state of pure being. In that state, doing nothing and simply being was blissful. This one-minute meditation is to attain that bliss of simply being. The breath is the sacred thread that connects you to the world. It is the rhythm of life itself. Look within — beyond the body lies the essence of life. Within that life dwells a divine light. And deep within that light resides pure awareness, the source of all experience.
So, my beloved divine beings, The purpose of this journey is simple —
To discover your true self. To return to the soul-state that already lives within you. To rest in that deep, unshakable peace that is your very nature.
Breathe gently…
Turn inward… And allow yourself to simply be. When you close your eyes, you tend to drift into sleep. But the state beyond sleep — the state of wakeful stillness — is the soul-state, the state of pure being.
It is the sacred duty of a Guru to guide you toward that state. And it is the responsibility of a true seeker, one worthy of the Guru’s love, to strive to attain it. Right now, we are engaged in that sacred effort.
O dear mind, the goal you seek lies not outside, but within. You have tasted pleasure and pain — through sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch. But beyond all these fleeting experiences lies a joy far greater — an inner bliss.
Go beyond the small joys and sorrows…
And realize the vast, boundless joy that dwells within.
Beyond outer silence is the Great Silence. Through the nose enters prana. From within, apana comes outward.
Just observe — for a few seconds —
The breath going in
And the breath coming out.
Breath itself is the sacred thread.
If you truly see the thread, You can reach the Supreme.
If you follow the breath, You can attain Shiva. Shiva is within you. You are Shiva.
Shakti is within you. You are Shakti.
Go beyond, O mind…
Now observe:
Breathing in for 5 seconds…
Holding the breath inside for 5 seconds…
Breathing out for 5 seconds…
Then, for 5 seconds, remain without breath —
A state beyond breath, Beyond mind, Beyond thought.
Observe this to go deep and beyond.
